Once your order has been shipped, here are some tips to help you track it throughout the delivery process!
ORDER TRACKING: When tracking your package, you may see the following statuses:
- "Placed" – Your order has been received in our system.
- "Processing" – Your order has been successfully received and is currently being packed at the warehouse.
- "Shipping" – Your order has been successfully handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way.
Tracking information may begin to update up to 48 hours after you receive your Shipping Confirmation email. Once your package arrives at the carrier’s distribution center, please note that it may take a few days for your order to continue its journey.
DELIVERY DAYS: Most packages are delivered Monday through Friday, although in some cases, deliveries may occur on Saturday.
